短视频时代网络谣言传播特征与新时代网络生态治理优化策略研究

当前短视频、自媒体快速普及，信息传播速度大幅提升，网络谣言借助短视频、图文拼接、虚假剪辑等形式快速扩散，具备传播快、伪装性强、受众广、误导性大的特征，严重扰乱网络秩序、误导大众认知、引发社会恐慌，成为网络生态治理的重点难题。2026年，各地持续深化网络综合治理，全力整治网络谣言乱象。
相较于传统谣言，短视频时代的网络谣言更具迷惑性，多结合热点事件、民生话题、科普内容伪装传播，部分自媒体为博取流量、赚取热度，刻意编造虚假信息、歪曲事实、断章取义，误导网民尤其是青少年群体。谣言扩散后极易引发舆论争议、社会焦虑，破坏清朗网络环境，损害社会公信力。
