吉林东部秋雨叠加山地隐患 局部乡镇突发滑坡泥石流灾害影响民生

近期吉林东部通化、白山等山区受秋季持续降雨影响，山体含水率饱和，地质风险持续攀升，局部乡镇突发山体滑坡、小型泥石流灾害，给山区民生出行和农业生产带来不利影响。吉林东部山区地势起伏较大，坡面土层松散，秋季冷暖交替、降水频繁，极易诱发浅层地质灾害，属于东北秋季地质灾害重点防范区域。本轮灾害造成部分山间道路泥石堆积、边坡溜塌、农田作物受损，部分偏远村组短时通行受阻。当地迅速启动防灾应急处置机制，组织专业力量开展全域隐患排查，重点整治临坡道路、村落周边、河谷沟谷等高危区域，及时清理淤积泥石、加固松动边坡。各地强化雨情、水情动态监测，精准预判风险走势，提前做好避险提示与防控部署。同时，加强基层应急值守与快速处置能力，针对山区分散性灾情，实行分片包干、快速处置，全力保障道路畅通、民生稳定，严防小险情演变成大灾害。
