青海东部秋雨持续来袭 山地脆弱区域频发滑坡泥石流地质险情

九月以来青海东部西宁、海东等区域持续迎来秋雨天气，降水频次多、累计雨量可观，当地山地土质疏松、植被覆盖率偏低、地质基础薄弱，持续雨水冲刷极易诱发山体滑坡、沟谷泥石流灾害，局部区域险情频发。青海东部山地沟壑纵横、岩体风化严重，土层保水性差，遇水快速软化滑移，地质灾害防控先天短板突出，秋季降雨期是灾害高发窗口期。本轮天气过程造成部分山区道路塌方、坡面垮塌、河道淤堵，部分农牧区生产生活受到一定影响。当地自然资源、应急部门联合开展隐患排查整治，对全域地质灾害隐患点实行动态监测、闭环管理，重点守护村镇、道路、河道等关键区域安全。各地严格落实预警响应机制，及时发布地质风险提示，引导群众、牧民远离危险边坡与沟谷区域。抢险队伍随时待命，快速开展清淤抢修、隐患整治工作，持续强化次生灾害防控，全力守住高原山区防灾安全底线。
