西藏吉隆安置点暖心保障全面落地 医疗食宿全方位兜底守护受灾群众身心健康

吉隆泥石流灾害发生后，当地政府迅速启动受灾群众安置保障工作，全力搭建标准化临时安置点，落实衣食住行医全方位兜底服务，以精细化暖心举措稳定灾区民心、保障群众安稳生活。本次灾害造成大量群众房屋损毁、家园被毁、无家可归，当地坚持应转尽转、不漏一人的原则，第一时间组织高危区域群众紧急撤离，统一集中安置在安全规范的临时安置点。结合高原低温、昼夜温差大的特殊气候特点，安置点配齐保暖帐篷、加厚被褥、取暖设备、饮用水和生活必需品，全方位保障群众基本生活需求。同时，当地抽调藏医、西医组建联合医疗团队驻点值守，设立临时医疗服务站，常态化开展健康体检、伤病诊疗、药品发放、全域卫生消杀等工作，重点照料老人、儿童及体弱多病的特殊群体。针对遇难、失联人员家属，专项组建安抚专班，一对一开展情绪疏导、心理干预，耐心解读救助抚恤政策，缓解群众焦虑悲痛情绪。安置点实行网格化精细管理，规范物资发放、卫生保洁、秩序维护等工作，全力营造安全、有序、温暖的居住环境，让受灾群众切实感受到社会各界的关怀与温暖，牢牢守住灾区民生稳定底线。
