隔代教育的优势与现存弊端及家校协同育儿优化方案研究

隔代教育是当代家庭育儿的常见模式，祖辈参与育儿能够缓解年轻父母的育儿压力，给予孩子充足的陪伴与关爱。但隔代教育普遍存在溺爱纵容、观念落后、规则缺失、过度保护等问题，与现代科学育儿理念相悖，容易导致孩子养成诸多不良习性，阻碍孩子健康成长。
