家庭教育中挫折教育与赏识教育的平衡育人模式构建研究

赏识教育与挫折教育是家庭教育的两大核心育人方式，二者相辅相成、缺一不可。单一的赏识教育会让孩子盲目自负、抗压薄弱，单一的挫折教育会让孩子自卑消极、缺乏自信，只有实现二者平衡，才能构建科学完善的家庭教育模式，助力孩子身心均衡发展。
当前家庭教育普遍存在两极分化的误区，部分家庭过度赏识、盲目夸奖，无底线包容孩子的错误，导致孩子骄傲自大、经不起批评、受不住挫折；部分家庭过度打压、严苛挫折，频繁指责批评、否定孩子，导致孩子自卑怯懦、消极厌学、丧失自信。两种极端育人模式，都会严重阻碍孩子的健康成长。
新时代家庭教育需构建赏罚分明、刚柔并济的平衡育人模式，精准把握赏识与挫折教育的尺度。对孩子的努力、进步、优良行为及时肯定表扬，保护孩子自信心与进取心；对孩子的错误、短板、不良行为及时批评纠正，适度磨砺孩子心态，培育抗压能力。平衡温情鼓励与严格约束，让孩子既有自信底气，又有抗压韧性，实现全面健康成长。
