生态脆弱型旅游景点保护性开发与可持续运营发展研究

部分自然旅游景点地处生态脆弱区域，植被、水土、地貌、生态系统稳定性差，极易受人为活动与开发建设破坏，且受损后难以修复。生态脆弱型景区的开发运营，必须区别于普通景区，严格坚守生态保护底线，平衡开发利用与生态修复，实现可持续发展。
生态脆弱型景区普遍存在开发过度、保护不足的问题，为扩大游玩区域、增加商业业态，过度建设设施、破坏原生植被与水土环境。游客活动范围无管控，随意踩踏、穿行，加剧生态退化。景区生态修复机制不完善，受损环境无法及时修复，生态承载力持续下降，威胁景区长效发展。
生态脆弱型景点需坚持保护优先、适度开发、最小干预的原则，严格划定生态保护红线，严控建设规模与开发强度。划分游客游览区域与生态保护区域，规范游客活动范围，减少人为生态破坏。建立常态化生态监测与修复机制，及时治理修复受损生态环境。精简商业业态与游乐设施，以原生态观光、轻度体验为主，实现生态保护与文旅长效运营协同发展。
