老旧楼道环境专项整治行动开展改善居民楼道环境消除安全隐患

为彻底整治老旧小区楼道乱堆乱放、杂物堆积、小广告泛滥、线路杂乱、通道堵塞等突出问题，各地社区联合物业、城管部门全面开展老旧楼道环境专项整治行动，清理楼道杂物、铲除违规广告、规整线路、畅通消防通道，有效改善楼道环境、消除安全隐患。
长期以来，老旧小区楼道成为杂物堆放重灾区，部分居民随意堆放废旧家具、杂物垃圾，占用公共通道、堵塞消防通道，不仅影响小区美观、污染居住环境，更存在极大消防安全隐患。楼道小广告泛滥、线路私拉乱接、墙面破损脏乱等问题，严重影响居民居住体验与居住安全。
本次专项整治坚持全面清理、彻底整改、长效管护，逐楼栋、逐楼层排查清理杂物垃圾，统一铲除违规小广告，规整杂乱线路，修复破损墙面。同时加强宣传引导，劝导居民自觉维护公共环境，杜绝乱堆乱放。通过集中整治与常态化管护相结合，彻底改善楼道人居环境，畅通消防通道，筑牢居民居住安全防线。
