浅析家庭教育中过度保护的弊端及培养孩子抗挫能力的对策

很多家长出于爱护，对孩子过度保护、全程呵护，规避一切困难、挫折、风险与挑战，为孩子打造绝对舒适的成长环境。过度保护看似呵护备至，实则剥夺孩子历练成长的机会，让孩子沦为温室花朵，心理脆弱、抗压薄弱、经不起风雨，难以适应未来竞争社会。
长期被过度保护的孩子，普遍存在畏难情绪重、意志力薄弱、遇事退缩、依赖性强等问题。学习遇到难题就放弃、生活遇到小事就求助、人际遇到矛盾就逃避，缺乏独立解决问题的能力与直面挫折的勇气，成长被动、后劲不足。
